1. Cancellations

Because we start the production process almost immediately after you place your order, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is sent to our print partners and can no longer be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

At Leas Nook, every item is custom-printed specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply no longer want the item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority! If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken mug) or has a clear printing error, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

To receive a replacement, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging

Note: You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

4. Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please reach out to us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.

5. Incorrect Address & Refused Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the delivery was refused, the customer is responsible for the costs of reshipping the item. No refunds will be issued for "return to sender" packages.

 

EUROPE:

 

1. Updated Shipping Policy (Europe Add-on)

VAT & Customs: For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the final price at checkout (or handled by the marketplace like Etsy). For customers in the UK or Switzerland, please note that your order may be subject to local VAT or customs duties upon arrival. Leas Nook is not responsible for these additional charges.

EU Shipping Times: We prioritize European print providers for our EU customers. Shipping within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days after production.

2. Updated Returns Policy (Europe Add-on)

In Europe, customers usually have a 14-day right to return goods. However, because your mugs are custom-printed for each order, you can state this:

Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK): Please be advised that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to orders from Leas Nook. According to EU law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since each mug is printed specifically for you upon order, all sales are final.
