1. Production Time

Every item in Leas Nook is custom-printed just for you. Once you place an order, it takes 2–5 business days to produce your item. Please note that production times may increase during holidays or peak seasons.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been produced and picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• USA: 2–5 business days

• Canada: 10–15 business days

• Europe: 10–20 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Note: These are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Actual delivery dates may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We strive to offer the most competitive rates by printing your order at the facility closest to your address.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Leas Nook has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at leaviktoriahait@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you with a replacement.
